Our mission is to help you develop a secure pathway toward your career goals by working with you to create an effective job search plan, marketing tools such as a meaningful resume, cover letter, and professional network platform profile (i.e. Handshake, LinkedIn, etc.) as well as preparing for interviews, follow up and salary negotiation. This also includes introducing and connecting you directly with company recruiters and industry leaders for internship and employment opportunities.

Integrate is excited to announce an opportunity for neurodivergent individuals in Utah who are interested in entering or reentering the workforce.  Our Return-to-Work Program offers a unique pathway to build in-demand skills, expand professional knowledge, and receive individualized support designed to help participants successfully transition into meaningful careers.
Below is an overview of the program:

• 5-week virtual job-readiness training program
• Builds professional, technical, and workplace skills
• Combines self-paced learning, live instructor-led sessions, and individualized coaching
• No more than 30 hours per week | Unpaid
• Open only to candidates based in Utah
• Cohort begins: Monday, July 27

Participants can gain valuable hands-on experience, expand their professional networks, strengthen their job search and workplace skills, and increase their readiness for employment in the technology workforce. Through ongoing coaching and support, participants can also build confidence, navigate career opportunities more effectively, and pursue long-term professional growth.
To apply, candidates should submit their resume to the Return to Work posting. Applications are due Friday, July 10th. 

Upon submission of the resume, candidates will receive an email with the application form within 5 business days. The application form and requested materials should be submitted by the specified deadline in the email.
