The Weber Industrial Training and Assessment Center (ITAC)

The Weber Industrial Training and Assessment Center (ITAC) is an energy center funded by the U.S. Department of Energy located at Weber State University. Partnering with Weber State’s Energy Engineering program, the sole program of its kind in Utah, the center offers energy engineering students invaluable practical training experiences, equipping graduates for successful careers in the energy industry or advanced studies in the field.

Our mission has two main objectives: delivering high-quality education and practical training to students, and offering no-cost assessments and technical assistance of the highest quality to industrial and manufacturing sectors.
