Wildcat Advantage
Wildcat Advantage is a program that helps embed high impact educational experiences (HIEEs) into the college experience of undergraduate and graduate students. HIEEs promote knowledge and skill development which employers, graduate and postgraduate programs highly seek.
Wildcat Advantage is designed to help students easily get involved and be rewarded for participating in at least two HIEEs before graduation.
Participating in the HIEEs Pay program can earn undergraduate students up to $1,500, which is truly an advantage!

1: Get Started
Register for Wildcat Advantage and complete a 50-minute Wildcat Advantage orientation.
2: Get the Advantage
Complete a HIEE. For example, you can take an INT-designated class, go on a national service trip, do a research project, present at our campus conference, become a peer mentor, etc.
3: I'm Done
After your HIEE, record a reflection with an ePortfolio. Record your HIEE participation in GivePulse. The Wildcat Advantage team will inform you about any earned benefits and how to start your next experience!
4: Level Up
After completing an HIEE level, you will receive a PDF certificate of completion to add to your ePortfolio. Congratulations, you're ready to level up!
