Veterans and military-connected students welcome to Weber State University and the Military-Affiliated Student Center! If you are a new student or continuing your education here at WSU, we are here to provide you with the information needed to support your academic goals. WSU complies with disclosure and transparency requirements mandated by the Department of Defense (DOD) and Veterans Affairs (VA) regarding admission procedures, tuition and fees, graduation and job placement rates, financial assistance, and other criteria.

WSU GI Bill Benefit Process:
Once registered for classes, request benefits to WSU.

How to pay for your education. Find an explanation of your VA Chapter, Federal/State Tuition Assistance, or Military Spouse benefit.

Find helpful resources to help you pursue your academic goals.

Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, Spouse, and Federal Civilian Tuition Assistance (TA):  Once registered and completed your TA, click the link below to let us know you'll be attending WSU and upload your federal/state or MYCAA forms.

Join us for events happening all week to celebrate Veterans Day!

Come visit with some of the community's Veteran/Military Affiliated resources.

Please take time out of your day to visit with a veteran who may be a parent, sibling, aunt or uncle, friend, or neighbor.

→ Resiliency Fair

 Stop by to learn about local and campus resources on resiliency.  At 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., the Department of Veteran Affairs will speak on ways to help stay resilient.

→ Veterans Day Appreciation Dinner

Join Weber State University's Alumni Association and the Military-Affiliated Student Center for a Veterans Day celebration dinner to honor WSU Veteran students and alumni. Our Keynote speaker will be Cody Strong, a WSU Alum, Commander of the 300th Military Intelligence Brigade, and the Utah Counterdrug Coordinator.  Dinner will start at 6 p.m. with a flag ceremony, and dress will be Casual.  This dinner will be FREE for WSU Veterans (current students or alum) and one guest.
