My name is Mizuho, and I’m from Japan. This is my sophomore year as an international student. I’m majoring in Web & User Experience, with a minor in Localization. I love dancing and spending time with friends! I’m excited to help many students with their Japanese studies, so please feel free to come and see me :)

Rachel

Hi, my name is Rachel, and I am so excited to be tutoring American Sign Language :)

I started signing in middle school when I was identified with progressive hearing loss, and I completely fell in love with the language! I finished my AA in December 2023 and I’ve taken every ASL class at Weber State. I am a senior on the cusp of graduating with my bachelor’s degree, I’m majoring in English and minoring in Psychology. I have interpreters in all of my classes and I work in special education, so I use ASL every single day. Signing has become such a huge part of my life that I can no longer separate myself from it.
