Student Graphic Designer

 

The primary responsibility of the student graphic designer is to assist Marketing & Communications staff with designing print and web graphics for Student Access & Success departments. The position will be responsible for updating and adapting existing graphics as well as producing graphics from concept through production.

This position will help prepare the student for a career in graphic design through hands-on experience, including: communicating with diverse clients from a variety of departments, fulfilling projects requirements, designing within printer specifications and meeting deadlines. It will also provide the student with design pieces for his/her portfolio.

Student Social Media Manager

 

The primary responsibility of the social media manager is to assist Marketing & Communications staff with support to Student Access & Success staff needing help with individual department social media accounts and create content for Student Access & Success social media accounts.

This position will give the student experience with maintaining an editorial calendar, working on larger campaigns with a marketing team, tracking analytics, advising departments on social media, maintaining digital brand and following standards and best practices.

• 20 hrs/week (10 over summer)
