College can be draining! Check out these resources to help you recharge your battery and support your physical and mental health. Many of these student resources are free because you already paid for them with your student fees. All resources on campus are available to all students with a valid Wildcard.*

Campus Recreation

Get moving and get involved with Campus Recreation! Swim laps in the pool, play sports, take fitness classes and use fitness center equipment and go on outdoor adventures.

Counseling Center

Get free professional assistance from the Counseling & Psychological Services Center with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, stress, grief or other concerns. WSU students get 12 free counseling sessions per academic year.

Dental Hygiene Clinic

We provide high-quality oral healthcare at a low-cost, open to all students and community members. 

Get Involved

Feeling a sense of belonging is important to mental health. WSU offers many ways to get involved and find your supportive community. Don't see an opportunity for you? Make your own club!

Groups

Groups offer connection with others dealing with similar life experiences. While the group format may at first seem intimidating, groups also bring unique advantages and opportunities for learning. Check out the groups happening this semester!

Healthcare for Students

Eligible WSU students may use services from Ogden Clinic- Professional North (only) for care with common illnesses and injuries, lab testing, reproductive healthcare, physical exams, and more.

Insurance for Students

Weber State University does not currently offer a student health insurance plan. We strongly encourage students to have health insurance in case they need care that we cannot provide on campus. Find resources for obtaining health coverage.

Safe@Weber

Safe@Weber provides access to resources to help you deal with a variety of safety and emergency issues. Please use these resources and reach out if you or someone you know needs help. Support includes Weber State Police, Title IX, victim/survivor advocacy services, healthy relationships education, and more.

SafeUT

The SafeUT app provides a way to connect to licensed counselors that are ready to listen to any sized crisis or concern. Help is immediate and confidential, and as easy as reaching for your phone and sending that first text.

Stress Relief Center

Come relax with massage chairs, chi machine, light sound machine, biofeedback machine, inversion tables and more. The center is free for students. We are Located at: Swenson Gym, Room 124.

Student Health and Wellness

Promotes optimal student health and well-being through resources for healthcare, one-on-one consultations, substance abuse prevention, wellness events and programs to get students educated and involved.
