Consults with departments with regarding assessment practices including data gathering, survey methodologies, and departmental planning.

Campus Recreation
Creates opportunities that inspire engagement in healthy, active lifestyles for WSU students, faculty, and staff. Program areas include Aquatics & Safety, Competitive Sports, Fitness, and Outdoor Program.

Career Services
Provides counseling and advisement, career exploration, assessment and interpretation, on-campus interviews and student employment.

Counseling & Psychological Services Center
Provides professional assistance for students struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, stress, grief or other concerns.

Dean Of Students
Responds to general student concerns and helps students find solutions to their specific problems. The Dean enforces the student code, tracks code violations and encourages responsible citizenship within the University.

Disability Services
Provides specialized services, technology and advisement to meet the needs of disabled students with vision, hearing, mobility, cognitive and/or psychological impairments.

Esports
Gamer-friendly spaces for all students who want to play solo and with a group. Lab provides noise-cancelling headphones, gaming computers and equipment, and updated software to give you the best gaming experience possible. 

Financial Aid & Scholarship
Provides more than $90 million in financial aid and scholarships to WSU students each year.

First Year Experience
Helps incoming students make a successful transition into the university community by offering a three-credit hour, elective course called Foundations of College Success (FYE 1105)

GEAR UP
A federally funded college access & readiness program partnered with WSU and local high schools to help low-income students be successful in school.

High School Dual Enrollment
Intersection of the Concurrent Enrollment, NUAMES and Early College programs that allow students to earn college credit while they are enrolled in high school and prepares students for full-time college enrollment after high school.

Housing & Residence Life
Serves single students who choose to live on campus in a living/learning environment which includes social, educational, academic support and planned activities.

Military-Affiliated Student Center
Helps veteran students with VA eligibility, admissions, registration, paying for their education, and introduces veterans and family members to resources. 

Money Management Center
Offers free financial coaching and free help completing FAFSA.

New Student Orientation
Fosters a seamless transition for new students coming to WSU. We are devoted to ensuring that each student not only navigates the academic landscape with confidence but also forges meaningful connections within our vibrant campus community.

Nontraditional Student Center
To help meet the needs of students who are over 25, married, a parent, divorced or widowed. The Nontraditional Student Center has a lounge, kitchen, computer lab, study area and hourly childcare.

Office of the Registrar
Offers records management, registration, graduation, the academic catalog, course scheduling, student-athlete certification, degree audit, transcripts, transfer articulation, and much, much more. 

Scheduling, Events & Conference Services
Books all rooms in the Union, assists with special events and provides total conference management for campus and community entities.

Shepherd Union
Provides numerous lounges and meeting space for both formal and informal gatherings and recreational opportunities. Services include bowling and billiards, bookstore, credit union, dining and more.

Starfish
Early alert platform that supports student success by facilitating communication and connection between faculty, students, advisors and support services.

State GEAR UP
Helping students in Weber and Davis county school districts succeed academically and go to college.

Student Health & Wellness
Promotes optimal student health and wellbeing through resources for healthcare, one-on-one consultations, substance abuse prevention, wellness events and programs to get students educated and involved.

Student Involvement & Leadership
One-stop destination for getting involved at WSU. Opportunities included in WSUSA are leadership development, clubs and organizations, Greek Life, events and activities.

Student Success Center
Assist students with specialty advisement for general studies, exploratory advisement and transition advisement.

Upward Bound
A pre-college TRIO program to help students get into college.

Veterans Upward Bound
Federally-funded program designed to help eligible veterans achieve success in schooling beyond high school, including GED attainment for the purpose of entering a postsecondary institution.

Women’s Center
Programs include Safe@Weber Violence Prevention & Advocacy Services, gender equity education, leadership & professional development, a resource pantry, scholarships and more.

Wildcard Services and Information Center
Provides wildcard IDs, UTA bus passes, tickets for sale, directions, lost & found and stamps.
