Application
Before getting started:
- Register for “Applying For & Using a Staff Development Grant” class in Training Tracker (Course #135-01).
Attendance will result in points toward your grant score. - Read the Staff Development grant application requirements.
- Review the University’s Travel Policies.
All applications will be completed and submitted through Qualtrics. You will be able to upload all required documentation within the Qualtrics application.
To apply please follow the steps below:
- Review the Grant Submission Checklist to ensure you have everything you need to complete the application.
- Download the Qualtrics Staff Development Grant Application here. In order to return to your application in Qualtrics, you MUST use the same internet browser on the same device.
- Upload backup documentation and Supervisor letter where requested in the Qualtrics application. PDF is the best version for uploading.
