Kerry Kennedy, MSW, MBA, LCSW, PhD, is a professor of social work at Weber State University. She recently accepted the position of Department Chair. In 2005, she graduated with a PhD in Social Work from Ohio State University, where her research focused on substance abuse and motivation. In 2023, she graduated from Mount Vernon University. She earned an MBA with an emphasis on leadership. She maintains a Licensed Clinical Social Work license. Her current research interests include mental health court and student-led research projects.
