Weber State University uses a room request/scheduling platform from EMS Software to allow staff, faculty and students to request use of rooms on campus for university-sponsored events, meetings and activities.
If you frequently request use of rooms on campus, you should sign up for an “Everyday User” account. You must have a weber.edu or mail.weber.edu email address to sign up.
User accounts are required to request space for the 20-21 school year. Faculty and staff may request individual accounts. Students must be part of an approved WSUSA club or organization and use the assigned club email to apply for an account. Students needing accounts for their on campus job may have individual accounts.
Having an account allows you to:
- View room availability
- Request recurring or multiple reservation requests in one or more rooms
- Make changes or cancel existing reservation requests
