A Conversation with Newly Elected Board Member Rosemary Lesser of the Richard Richards Institute for Ethics about her own experiences with ethical leadership during her professional career and in life. Rosemary disscusses what the concept of ethical leadership means to her and shares her motivation to join the Richard Richards Institute as a board member to promote ethics in leadership in the broader Weber State Community.
