2020 Theatre Scholarship Auditions

Thank you so much for your interest in Weber State University and the Theatre Program. We are happy to invite you to participate in our scholarship day. We look forward to sharing with you details about our program, faculty, students, and our cutting-edge facilities and performance spaces. We look forward to learning more about you.

The Weber State University Theatre Program will hold auditions/interviews for scholarships on February 22, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. in the Allred Theater of the Val A. Browning Center for the Performing Arts. For directions, please visit here. If you would like to attend the audition, please contact Patty Coan at pcoan@weber.edu or by phone at 801-626-6437.

If you auditioned or presented a portfolio at Utah Theatre Association, you are welcome to present the same materials for our faculty at this audition.

If you absolutely cannot make the in-person audition, you may audition by video. Please send a private YouTube link of your audition and a copy of your resume to Jenny Kokai at jenniferkokai@weber.edu. These materials must be sent by Friday, February 14, 2020.

Below are the suggested best practices for your audition or interview. However, if you do not have any prepared materials we still encourage you to attend our audition date and meet our faculty. We are committed to helping you find your place in the WSU Theatre program.
