Wildcat Outdoor Welcome 2022
Meet new friends before you start your freshman year at Weber State! Join the Outdoor Program for an amazing outdoor adventure with fellow incoming students. You can build connections with other students, practice leadership and group skills, and have some fun in a beautiful state known for its many outdoor adventure opportunities.
Ruth Lake Climbing and Backpacking

- 10 spots for incoming first and second-year students ONLY
- $50 (Cost includes transportation, equipment and instruction)
Mandatory Pre-Trip Meeting: (ZOOM) August 11, 6pm
Skill Level: Participants must be capable of hiking 2 miles
Fitness Level: Low to moderate physical activity
Age: 18+
