Intermediate Ice Climbing Day Trips

 Join us for a day of ice climbing here in the Northern Wasatch in Ogden! Participants in this program should have some ice climbing experience. At this session you will hone your technique and climb on classic local ice features. Don't miss this chance to develop your skills and climb beautiful sculptures of frozen water!

Intro Dates: February 24, 2023 (7am - 5pm)

Location:  Meet on campus 7am (Outdoor Adventure and Welcome Center).

(Price per session) WSU Student:  $50 || WSU Faculty/Staff: $75 || General Public: $100

Skill Level:  Participants in this program should have some ice climbing experience.

Fitness Level:  Moderate to Strenuous

Age:  18+

Transportation: Transportation from the Outdoor Program is included in the cost of the trip.

Equipment Provided: Helmets, Ice tools, and crampons will be provided - YOU MUST RENT AND BRING YOUR OWN ICE CLIMBING BOOTS.  These can be rented from the WSU Outdoor Program Rental Shop, but are very limited, so reserve early, after you register!
