Facility Rentals
The RAMP Technical Training Center is a state-of-the-art facility built for the training needs of wide-ranging user groups including both end-user and train-the-trainer courses. From public service training and work at height courses to certifications and practice sessions, our facility can facilitate it all. We welcome all general public groups requiring specialized rope access training.

- 55' climbing wall with multi-pitch capabilities
- Two 15' bouldering walls
- Two wrap-around catwalks at 15' and 45' heights equipped with removable gates
- EXO wall for personal escape system training
- Vertical confined space rescue portal
- Steel ladder
- 65' high rooftop with rappel wall
- Four-story exposed staircase
- 3,200 square feet of exposed structure for programming and configuring training scenarios
Train in our Facility
We are here to make your team successful! The TTC is here to serve multiple industries including rescue, fall protection, rope access, tower/wind and tree care/arboriculture.
The TTC Class Room is available to rent independently or as a packge for all of your confrence or event needs. The TTC Class Room seats 30 and is 100% set up for all of your audio visual needs.
The RAMP Technical Training Center may be rented to qualified groups in part, or completely during normal operating hours:
Monday - Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Hours outside of this window may be available upon special request. Technical Training groups will be required to complete a facility orientation, individual waiver forms, a job safety analysis document, provide a Certificate of Insurance and complete a facility use agreement.
Pricing
TTC Facility rentals begin at $500 per day.
Additional instructors and equipment are also available.
TTC Class Room only begins at $150 per day.
