OSHA is a self-enrolling canvas course. Clicking on the "Enroll" button below will take you to the OSHA course and prompt you to enroll. You need to work through all the modules before you can take the quiz. You may take the quiz as many times as necessary to pass with 85%. Once you attain a passing score of at least 85%, you can access the Certificate of Completion. Click on the certificate link in the modules.
You must print, sign, and upload the form to Verified Credentials. This is due every 12 months while you are in the program.
