Neuroscience Club
The Neuroscience Club is a great experience for students interested in learning about the brain, community outreach and meeting new people.Throughout the semester we have on-campus events such as socials and tailgating parties, as well as academic events like journal clubs and the Neuroscience Lecture Series.
Meetings and Activities
Brain Awareness Week
Brain Awareness Week is a global campaign to foster public enthusiasm and support for brain science. Every March we visit local K-12 schools during spring break to lead hands-on activities that ignite curiosity and enthusiasm about the brain and nervous system. Dissecting sheep brains and simulating a concussion with impairment goggles are our most popular activities.
We also host on-campus events including lectures, activities and contests.
