Monet Maggelet

Biography

Monet Maggelet is an educator, whose career has been marked by her commitment to excellence and service. Maggelet has taught both fifth and first grade, honing her skills and deepening her understanding of effective teaching practices. Driven by her desire to make a difference, Maggelet pursued graduate-level endorsements in K-12 Reading and K-8 Mathematics, while also receiving training in restorative justice and trauma-informed practices. Beyond the classroom, she is actively involved in the Utah community, serving on the board of directors for the YWCA Utah and contributing her time to various nonprofit organizations. As a trustee of Weber State University, Maggelet plays a vital role in advancing the institution's mission and supporting initiatives within the Dumke College of Health Professions.
