Bullard began his career in finance and worked on Wall Street before joining the Boyer Company, where he excelled in project financing. Bullard joined Jacobsen Construction in 1996, despite having no traditional construction background. Under his leadership, the company completed the iconic Conference Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, among other significant projects. Known for his positive work culture and focus on employee development, Bullard emphasizes that Jacobsen’s true assets are its people.
