My name is Monica Rodriguez Mesa. I am from Bogotá, Colombia. I enjoy working with diverse students and their families.

William Fernando Angel Amaya - HAC Senator
I am Salvadorian-American. My major is mechanical engineering and I'm a junior in the program. My goal for the Hispanic community at WSU is to have discussions about issues that we as a community face such as; immigration, colorism, and racism, etc. I would like to create an environment in WSU for the community to be proud of their roots.
Kathleen Nuñez - Vice-President/Treasurer
My name is Kathleen Nuñez, but people call me Kathy for short. I am currently a senior, and I am majoring in accounting! I have been involved with HAC ever since I was a freshman, so this will be my fourth consecutive year. As this year's Vice President, I hope to be a resource (and friend) to students and just be someone they can approach with any kind of suggestion for the betterment of minorities.

I am pursuing a major in Communications with an emphasis in Public Speaking and a minor degree in Social Work. I am in charge of the Public Relations area in the Hispanic Area Council at Weber State University for the 2020-2021 academic school year.I decided to become part of HAC because it is a great opportunity to help and motivate our Hispanic community to continue their higher education.
