SE 6010: Foundations of Systems Engineering prepares students to master topics from the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) Handbook. This 16-week course equips you to demonstrate your systems engineering knowledge and bypass the knowledge exam to become Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) or Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).
SE 6010 can be taken independently or as part of Weber’s graduate certificate or master’s degree. The graduate curriculum is 100% industry-driven, designed to advance your career and elevate your status through certification opportunities.
Minimum requirements to take this course independently as a strategic education course:
- Calculus I
- Calculus-Based Stats
- Bachelor's Degree
- One year of professional, full-time, industry experience (STEM/hard sciences preferred)
