Advising

Prospective Students

Contact our administrative assistant for advice on applying to our master’s degree or graduate certificate program.

Current MEd Students

You may contact the Master of Education program director for advising once you have submitted all admission material (see our Admission page). If your transcripts reflect an acceptable GPA and test scores and your recommendation forms are positive, you may set an interview to discuss your program, goals and interests and possible area of project interest.

Once admitted to the program, you may contact our program director for advise on curriculum, transfer courses and selecting members for a graduate committee.

Louise Moulding
MEd Program Director

By the time you have accrued 16 to 18 credit hours, you will have selected a graduate committee, and the chair of that committee will become your advisor.

Current PBCT Students

The Graduate Certificate in Teaching program director will serve as your advisor once you’re admitted to the program.

Schedule an advising session to cover any questions you have regarding course requirements, prerequisites, campus resources and more.
