Filming on campus requires advanced approval and must be coordinated through Weber State’s Office of Marketing & Communications.

The university charges location fees based on when and where you film. Other additional costs may include parking, facilities management, setup, take down, police and custodial services. 

Production crews are also responsible for providing proof of insurance listing Weber State University as additional insured.

To begin a request to film on campus, please complete and email the following two documents and proof of valid insurance to Rachel Badali at rachelbadali@weber.edu. Please review both documents thoroughly before reaching out with questions:

Please submit requests at least three weeks prior to your desired filming date. All required documents must be completed and approved before WSU can reserve any film dates.
