Studying Social & Behavioral Science at Weber State

This flexible program will allow you to study people, politics, places, society and the environment in a multi-discipline degree program. Students get an introduction to the principles and methods of three different subject areas while determining which areas they would like to pursue for a major or minor.

Social & Behavioral Science Highlights

Experience small classes taught by faculty and college advisors with the goal of creating student belonging and success. You will have the opportunity to build community with your classmates through small group discussion, current events research and community-based events and activities.

Beyond the Classroom

You will get the opportunity to see social and behavioral sciences in action through field trips and community based assignments that allow you to integrate real-world experiences with your academic learning. You will also get to meet faculty from throughout the college to start building academic and career relationships in preparation for the next level of higher education adventure.
