Studying International Business Economics at Weber State
Weber State’s international business economics major prepares you to work in multinational business organizations inside and outside the U.S. We offer professional experiences, foreign language skills and study abroad opportunities.
International Business Economics Highlights
Weber State offers Utah’s first bachelor’s degree in business to include a language requirement. You will use your language skills to get boots-on-the-ground business study abroad opportunities. As an international business economics major, you’ll develop strong connections with your professors and fellow students, and have the opportunity to publish and present original research.
Weber’s John B. Goddard School of Business & Economics is accredited by AACSB International, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. This distinction is held by fewer than 6% of all business schools.
Beyond the Classroom
In addition to your study abroad, you also have the opportunity to conduct comprehensive research with direct faculty interaction, and can publish and present your work at prestigious local and national conferences.

“My professors each came with unique experiences and diverse backgrounds that gave me a relevant, global perspective of the international business economics concepts they were teaching.”
