Tim Brown is in his 19th year as President/CEO of Tracy Aviary. During that period, he oversaw a $35M transformation of the campus, including construction of five LEED buildings, among the first by an accredited zoo facility in the United States. Located in downtown Salt Lake, Tracy Aviary's campus has been converted from sod to drought tolerant gardens that provide habitat for birds and insects. With more than 155,000 annual guests, Tim sees on a daily basis the positive impact being in nature has on people. To further understand and promote the relationship between humans and nature, he joined with Nalini Nadkarni and Dalt Schmalz to form Nature and Human Health - Utah.
