New Student Checklist upon Arriving to WSU

Check in with the ISSC office after arriving at WSU. (Located in the Student Services Center, Room 143)

Please bring: passport & visa, I-20 (if you have dependents on the F2 visa, please bring their documents as well), proof of Health Insurance with expiration date, & receipt for SEVIS Fee I-901 Payment.

Attend the MANDATORY orientation.

Please bring: passport & visa, I-20 (if you have dependents on the F2 visa, please bring their documents as well), and receipt for SEVIS Fee I-901 Payment. You will need these to fill out the online check-in form.

If you are transferring from another US college or university:

Please ensure that your SEVIS record is already transferred to Weber State University, prior to the start of classes.

Tuition is normally due the Friday before classes begin. We support International wire transfers.
