The competition is for students in grades 4th-8th and is organized by the faculty adviser and student members of WSU Sigma Delta Pi, the National Hispanic Honor Society. Our goals are (1) to promote the Spanish language overall, as well as bilingual education; (2) to broaden the students’ vocabulary, and to improve and advance the skills associated with good spelling habits in Spanish; (3) to heighten the students’ literacy and public speaking skills; (4) to empower elementary and junior high students by providing opportunities to develop and showcase their academic and linguistic skills.
1) Rules booklet and word list (coming soon), classified by level of difficulty.
2) Impromptu Role Play rules booklet and some scenarios.
