Program Review Evaluation Team Report
The Program Review Evaluation Team prepares a 3-5 page narrative report, consistent with the self-study standards, addressing all self-study standards (A-H), which identifies the following:
- Program strengths - referencing Standard where appropriate
- Program concerns - referencing Standard where appropriate
- Program weaknesses - areas where the program did not meet the standards and why - reference standards
- Recommendations for change - suggested changes for meeting the standards
- Additional recommendations from the review team
