Steps to Apply

Application Fee

Each HIM application form must be accompanied by a $60 (U.S.) application fee ($95 for international applicants). Payment via credit card is preferred, but other forms of payment are welcome. Additional instructions for payment are found during the online application process. Checks must be made payable to Weber State University. Please make sure your name is clearly written on your check. Your application will not be reviewed without payment.

Tuition

Tuition is $387 per credit hour (effective May 1, 2019).

Transcripts

Official transcripts of your academic record from all previous colleges or universities attended should be submitted with your application. You may request the official transcripts be sent directly to the HIM Admissions Committee or sent to you. If the transcripts are sent to you, you must forward the official transcripts to us UNOPENED in their original, sealed envelope.

Some colleges/universities can send official transcripts electronically.  If that is an option, please have them sent to brittneyhicken@weber.edu.

If you have a degree or degrees from a foreign college or university, the transcript must be submitted from a NACES approved Foreign Credentials Evaluation Company.

Resume

You should upload a current resume or CV as part of the online application process.

Extenuating Circumstances or Concerns

If there are extenuating circumstances or concerns (e.g. your academic performance as an accurate measure of your potential, unexplained gaps in your work experience, etc.) affecting your application that you feel the HIM Admissions Committee should be aware of, please elaborate on a separate piece of paper and include it with the online application.
