Travel Awards are now available
Up to $500 in travel funding is available for graduate students accepted to present their research or projects at regional, national, or international conferences, seminars, or workshops. Graduate students may also use a travel award to attend a regional or national conference, workshop, or seminar for professional development and to support their graduate coursework and career goals. However, priority funding will be given to students presenting their graduate research or projects. Learn more on our Travel Award web page.
Convocation - December 13, 2024
Convocation is split up by college. There are usually speakers and then the graduates walk across the stage while their names are read. The ceremony is not mandatory, but we encourage students to attend if possible. Guests are welcome to attend as well.
Commencement is live-streamed on the Graduation web page. Check back at the time of the event and for locations per college.

The presentation abstract application will be available starting January 6, 2025. The symposium is for undergraduate and graduate students and is open to the public. Weber State staff, faculty, students and their families are encouraged to attend. No tickets are necessary.
