WHY WEBER STATE?

I really like how involved you can be at Weber State. The scholarship and volunteer opportunities are amazing, as well as student involvement. I have been an Entrepreneur Ambassador for 4 years and I have loved every second of it. It's pushed me out of my comfort zone, been fun to work as a team with the other ambassadors, and very educational.

WHY ENTREPRENEURSHIP?

I have always loved business. I've been exposed to it growing up with my family's business endeavors. I really love the innovation in business and the ability to solve problems to help others. That's why I chose to do Entrepreneurship.

FACULTY IMPACT

I really like Brandon (Stoddard)'s classes - you get to hear a lot of wisdom from his experiences and from other successful business leaders. You get to work through your own ideas and learn from the examples of others.

ADVICE

Work hard, but don't work yourself to death. If you want great grades, understand how to use your time to meet your goals, but don't burn yourself out.

WHAT'S NEXT?

I will be going back to Alaska where my family is from. My plan is to work there for a while and shadow different areas of business for brain health and nutrition.
