TAKE THESE STEPS FIRST
Make sure to take these simple steps before scheduling your appointment

Before you schedule an appointment with an advisor, please make sure that you have completed the following:

Make sure you can access your W#
Complete an online orientation (must be done prior to registering for classes)
- There are four sections that will take you approximately 90 minutes to complete, but it is worth it!
Sign up for and attend a Weber Welcome
- You can sign up after completing the online orientation.
Schedule an advising appointment. (see below)
If you have taken any AP exams and would like to transfer the credits, click here for instructions.

Schedule an individual appointment through Starfish.

Appointments available M-Th, from 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

DROP-IN SUPPORT

Drop-in meetings are for quick questions, single semester schedule, etc. Max 15 minutes. NO multi-semester plans. You do not need a dedicated appointment for a drop-in meeting.

Face-to-Face drop-ins hours are available most days during the spring and fall (depending on college/university meetings)

Virtual (ZOOM) drop-ins hours are available during high traffic times of the year (depending on college/university meetings)
