Getting admitted to the Goddard School of Business & Economics requires you to complete a set of 8 pre-admission classes and one, no-credit (free) admissions to make sure you are on the right track for graduation and a great career.

First things first! Apply to WSU and get admitted.
You cannot declare your degree, or get admitted to the Goddard School until you have been admitted to Weber State University first.
Note: Declaring a degree in the business school is not the same as being admitted to the business school. Once you have declared your degree, chart your course to admissions with STEP 2.

TAKE 8 PRE-ADMISSION COURSES

These eight General Education and Business Foundations (BF) courses give you the base to succeed in all of our business and economic degree programs.
6 BUSINESS FOUNDATIONS COURSES
(2.5 GPA min. - course & cumulative)
ENROLL IN BSAD OR ECON 2899
STEP 3
This free, no-credit online course takes 2-3 hours.
NOTE: Take it the same semester as your final Business Foundation course or after you’ve completed all Business Foundations courses.
You will be preparing a professional resume with the support of our Career Services Director. This will help gauge where you are with relevant work experience and develop a clear path to get you where you need to be to get the job you want at graduation, or sooner!
