Finals Week Stress Relief 

Schedule some time to relax and re-center during finals week! Join us for drop-in Mindful Meditation courses, or register for a quick stretch break. Either way, you'll be glad you took a moment for yourself! 

Virtual GroupX Registration

To join one of our virtual GroupX classes, select the link below, and fill out the Zoom registration form. You'll receive a confirmation email with the zoom link and the informed consent form. Please complete the informed consent agreement prior to starting the class.
