AISLE POLICY
Standing or sitting in the aisles or stairs is not permitted. Guests will be asked to return to their seats.
ALCOHOL
Alcohol is not permitted on the Weber State campus. Any guests found with alcoholic beverages will be escorted out of the venue.
ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. (Emotional support, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA)
AUTOGRAPHS
Players often sign autographs after games when time and NCAA regulations permit. However, because each player’s routine may vary, we cannot guarantee autograph opportunities.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations are available in all men’s and women’s restroom in the Dee Events Center.
BAGS/BACKPACKS
All bags will be searched. We recommend using a clear plastic bag (size 12\"x6\") or a gallon freezer bag. A clear bag policy is not in place at this time but we would encourage its use to speed up the bag searching process.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
The stadium and arena and their contracted service partners welcome guests to show their enthusiasm at events through the use of signs and banners, subject to the following rules:
Signs and banners must:
- Pertain to the event at which the sign or banner is being used.
- Be of a size equal to or smaller than 4 feet by 8 feet.
Signs and banners cannot:
- Be placed in an area of the playing field or over seat railings.
- Block the view of other guests.
- Be attached to a pole.
- Obstruct any advertising signage.
- Be commercial or obscene in nature.
BEACH BALLS
Beach balls, balloons, baseballs, footballs, frisbees, or any other objects cannot be thrown inside the event center. Large inflatable objects are also prohibited. Guests found with these items may be ejected from the venue.
BICYCLE PARKING
Bicycle stands located at various locations around the stadium and Dee Events Center are available for use by guests. Guests leave bikes at their own risk.
CAMERAS AND CAMCORDERS
Still and video cameras are welcome in both the stadium and Dee Events Center. Guests are asked to avoid standing in the aisles while using video or camera equipment, obstructing the views of others, using tripods or monopods, or professional lenses (maximum 6 inches).
Video and photography of Dee Events Center or Steward Stadium and events held therein cannot be used commercially without written permission from the venue and the event promoter. Policies regarding cameras and camcorders may vary depending on what special event promoters have requested. The Dee Events Center and Stewart Stadium reserve the right to ask guests to discontinue filming or taking photos on facility property.
You agree as a condition of admission that you will not stream gameplay and will not use any images (e.g., photographs or videos) you may take of the Dee Events Center, Stewart Stadium, players, performers, or others affiliated with events held therein, for commercial purposes without written permission from Weber State University and the event promoter. You further agree to abide by all additional requests made regarding photographs on an event-by-event basis, such as no photography at all. The Dee Events Center and the Stewart Stadium at all times reserve the right to ask guests to discontinue filming or taking photos on facility property.
CELLULAR PHONES
Guests are welcome to use cellphones in the stadium and arena provided their use does not disturb other guests.
CHAIR SEATS
Guests are welcome to bring standard stadium chair seats provided they do not impact other patrons.
CHILDREN
Children under the age of 2 may be admitted without a ticket, provided an adult accompanies them. Children must sit in the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat. Children attending events must be supervised at all times.
CONTAINERS/ OUTSIDE BEVERAGES
One factory-sealed plastic bottle of water per person, sized 1 liter or less, is the only outside beverage permitted into the stadium or event center. Guests with disabilities may bring factory-sealed plastic or paper containers that contain liquids required for medical reasons.
DRONES
Drones are not permitted in the Dee Events Center or the Stewart Stadium.
DIAPER BAGS
Diaper bags are permitted in the event center and stadium but are subject to search. Guests must have the infant(s) for which the bag is being carried present when the bag is searched.
E-CIGARETTES
Weber State University is a smoke-free campus. E-Cigarettes are not allowed in the Dee Events Center or the Stewart Stadium.
ENTRY
Only those guests with valid tickets or credentials are permitted into the Dee Events Center and the Stewart Stadium. Both venues enforce a strict no re-entry policy.
FAN BEHAVIOR GUIDELINES
Weber State University encourages:
- Good sportsmanship.
- Enthusiastic support of Weber State Athletics.
- Commitment to safety.
- Family friendly atmosphere.
- Friendly attitude towards all visiting fans.
Unacceptable behaviors include:
- Disruptive, unruly or intoxicated behavior.
- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
- Inappropriate, discriminatory or obscene signage.
- Rudeness to fellow fans or stadium personnel.
- Throwing objects or entering the field of play.
- Possession of alcoholic beverages.
- Using any form of tobacco, including e-cigarettes.
Fans who display unacceptable behaviors will be subject to ejection, loss of season tickets and possible arrest at the discretion of event center and stadium personnel.
FIRST AID
A first aid station with trained medical personnel is located in the Dee Events Center and Stewart Stadium during all events.
Dee Events Center Location: Across from Portal 17.
Stewart Stadium Location: Southwest Corner.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Outside food or drink is not allowed in the stadium or Dee Events Center with the exception of one factory-sealed plastic bottle of water per person, sized 1 liter or less. Guests with disabilities may bring factory-sealed plastic or paper containers that contain liquids required for medical reasons.
GATE TIMES
Gate times vary by event. Gates open 60 minutes prior to tip off for Weber State University basketball games. Gates open 90 minutes prior to Weber State football games.

GUEST SERVICES
During an event please do not hesitate to ask employees or supervisors for assistance. Ushers are located throughout the main entrances and are there to help guests. If assistance is needed after an event please contact the Administration offices at 801-626-6667.
HEARING IMPAIRED GUESTS
The Dee Events Center has access to a Hearing Impaired transmitter. Request must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event you are attending. For details, please call the Administrative Offices at (801) 626-6667 or (801)-626-7078
HELPFUL HINTS
- To avoid traffic congestion, we recommend that guests arrive one hour prior to the event start time.
- Gates open 60 minutes prior to tip off for Weber State University basketball games. Gates open 90 minutes prior to Weber State football games.
- A list of hotels and local restaurants can be found on the web site of the Ogden Conventions and Visitors Bureau.
- To avoid delays, we recommend that guests, who have tickets in Will Call, arrive one hour prior to the event start time.
- To avoid traffic congestion, we recommend that guests arriving from the south use the 4600 South Entrance and guests arriving from the north use the Country Hills Drive Entrance.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
In case of inclement weather a public announcement will be made to direct the public to evacuate and/or to a specified location to shelter in place.
LANGUAGE
Guests are asked to refrain from using foul and abusive language in our venues. Fans who display unacceptable behaviors will be subject to ejection, loss of season tickets, and possible arrest at the discretion of security personnel.
LASER POINTERS
Laser pointers are not permitted in the Dee Events Center. Guests found using such devices will be subject to ejection.
LOST, STOLEN, LEFT AT HOME OR DESTROYED TICKETS
The Dee Events Center and Stewart Stadium are not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or forgotten tickets. For questions contact the Ticket Office at (801)-626-8500.
LOST AND FOUND
Misplaced articles may be turned into police and first aid centers. Lost articles will be cataloged and held for 90 days. Items not claimed after 90 days will be donated to campus surplus. Guests seeking assistance in retrieving lost items during non-game hours may call (801)-626-6667.
LOST CHILDREN/PEOPLE
A guest who has become separated from his or her party should proceed to the closest usher or police officer.
MERCHANDISE
If you wish to purchase gift items, the WSU Campus Stores are located on the south side of the Concourse Level at portal 8. They are open for most WSU Men's Basketball Games. For concert events there are novelty stands located throughout the Concourse Level by the main entrances. Gift items can also be purchased at the Stewart Stadium during football games in the north west, the south west, and the 4th floor of the stadium.
NOISE-MAKING DEVICES
No artificial noisemakers or other prohibited items as per Big Sky Conference or NCAA policy may be brought into the event center or stadium.
NURSING MOTHERS
Nursing mothers in need of private accommodations are welcome to use the single use restrooms at the Stewart Stadium or the Dee Events Center Conference Room. If a situation arises where the nursing mother or child experience any difficulties or insensitive treatment, they may contact an usher or security immediately.
PARKING
Parking on game day is free at the Dee Events Center. Stewart Stadium parking is free in all lots except W4, W5, and A6. The tailgating lot is available in W4 for $10 per space. A shuttle from the Northeast Dee Events Center lot to the Stewart Stadium A6 lot is offered for Weber State Football games 90 minutes prior to kickoff until 60 minutes after the game has ended.

PHOTOGRAPHS

PROHIBITED ITEMS
For the comfort and safety of all, the following items are not permitted in the stadium or arena:
- Alcohol.
- Backpacks, large bags or parcels.
- No video, audio or cameras with professional lenses (maximum 6 inches).
- Artificial noisemakers.
- Coolers, ice chests, thermoses.
- Drones.
- Fireworks.
- Footballs, soccer balls, Frisbees, etc. are not allowed inside the event center and stadium.
- Glass bottles.
- Large stadium seats.
- Outside food and drink.
- Personal propane heaters.
- Laser pointers.
- Strollers.
- Umbrellas.
- Weapons of any type except those allowed by state and federal law.
All bags are subject to search. The Dee Events Center and stadium reserve the right to inspect and remove any packages or items that are not permissible in the venue.
REPLACEMENT TICKETS
Replacement tickets can be obtained at the ticket office, by the ordering customer with a photo ID. We recommend that customers arrive one hour before basketball games or when the gates open to resolve any replacement ticket issues.
RESTROOMS
Men’s, women’s, restrooms are located throughout the concourses of the Dee Events Center. All restrooms are ADA compliant. Stewart Stadium restrooms are located on the upper East side of the stands. Family restrooms are located on the Northwest side and underneath the West stands.
RESALE OF TICKETS
The resale of tickets on Weber State University property is prohibited.
SEASON TICKETS
Season tickets for both Weber State University Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Softball, Soccer, and Volleyball can be purchased through the ticket office.

SELLING ON CAMPUS
The sale of food or merchandise on campus, whether on game day or any other day, is permitted only through contractual agreement with the University. The sale of Weber State-branded goods by non-affiliated persons or entities is strictly prohibited. Sellers of such items are subject to dismissal from campus property, a cease-and-desist notice for the continued production of counterfeit goods, seizure of such goods, and possible litigation for trademark infringement.
SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS
The Dee Events Center can provide sign language interpreting services. Request must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event you are attending. For details, please call the Administrative Offices at (801) 626-6667.
SMOKING AREA
Weber State University is a smoke and tobacco free campus including e-cigarettes.
SOLICITATION
Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers, or any other written, printed, and/or painted material without written permission from the event center or stadium management.
STORAGE
Guests should use the space beneath their seats to store all items.

TAILGATING
Tailgating before football games is located in the W4 lot. A fee of $10 per space is collected at the entry of the lot. Cash only.
TRANSPORTATION
For bus routing information contact the UTA.
UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are prohibited inside the Dee Events Center and the Stewart Stadium. Ponchos are recommended for events held during inclement weather.
WATER BOTTLES
One factory-sealed bottle of water per person (1 liter or less), is permitted in the event center or stadium. Bottled water may not be frozen. Drinking fountains can be found throughout the concourses in the Dee Events Center.
WHEELCHAIRS
Wheelchair Accessible seating is available on the Concourse Level of the Dee Events Center and at the Southwest corner of the Stewart Stadium. Availability of locations is dependent upon event seating configuration. For availability and exact locations based on a particular event, please contact the Dee Events Center Ticket office at (801) 626-8500. ADA seating sections allow one companion per patron requiring ADA seating.
Bathrooms: all restrooms are wheel chair accessible at the Dee Events Center.
The Dee Events Center offers a limited number of wheelchairs available to assist guests to and from their seats. If wheelchair service is needed to transport a guest to a seat location and back to one of the gates at the conclusion of an event, please notify an usher. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs, these may only be used to transport guests to and from their seats and cannot be rented or borrowed to utilize during the game or event. Please be aware that wheelchairs are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
WILL CALL
To avoid delays, we recommend that guests who have tickets in Will Call, arrive 60 minutes prior to the event start time and bring a photo ID.
All tickets ordered online or over the phone a week prior to the scheduled event will be placed in Will Call.
Dee Events Center Events: Will Call is located at the main Ticket Office. Will Call windows will close at halftime for all games. All tickets must be picked up prior to halftime.
Stewart Stadium Events: Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Ticket Office, located on the North side of the building, on game days only. Will Call windows will close 5 minutes into the 3rd quarter. Player Pass and coach tickets are located at the ticket office at the South West corner of the stadium complex.
