TAS System Changes

Effective May 1, 2017, the voice speech server (ext 8880) that hourly employees call to clock in and out of the TAS system will no longer be available.

Hourly employees can access the TAS Time Clock using one of the following methods:

1. Log into the e-Weber portal from a desktop computer to access the TAS Time Clock App.
2. Use your smart phone, connected to WSU Secure, to access the TAS Time Clock App
   Your department may decide that all hourly employees will be required to use a desktop computer. Be sure to check with your timekeeper on allowed methods to access the TAS system.

In addition to the new reference materials, below, we are happy to announce a short URL for accessing TAS (www.weber.edu/TAS). Employees can save this URL on their smart phone, laptop, or tablet, to quickly and directly access the TAS system (log in is required).
