FM Grant Program

  • Applications for the FM Grant Program are accepted twice each year.  The cutoff dates for applications are the last day of April and October each year; the Finance SAT reviews applications in May and November of each year.
  • Applications may be submitted electronically or via a paper form (the electronic form is the preferred option, as it ensures the Finance SAT will receive your application).
    • The ability to submit electronic requests is currently on hold (as of October 2019), we plan to have that option available for the next round.  In the meantime, please use a paper form.
    • A version of the form in Word can be accessed here.  If you choose to download this form and complete it, you will need to ensure that it is delivered to a member of the Finance SAT prior to the appropriate deadline.
  • A copy of the current FM Grant Application Guidelines can be found on page two of the application form.  A few highlights from the guidelines are listed below:
    • For education requests, preference will be given to the applicants who have applied for a Staff Development Grant.
    • Successful applications will be complete and include a detailed description of the project as well as accurate cost estimates.
    • The earliest dates you will be notified of whether or not you were awarded an FM Grant will be mid-November and mid-May, so please keep those dates in mind when choosing your training classes. Make sure you will have enough time to register and make travel arrangements after being notified.
