Dr. Mark Oraskovich


Dr. Oraskovich has been a practicing Emergency Medicine Physician in Utah since 1997.  He completed Medical School at the University of Minnesota, his surgical internship at Hennepin County in Minneapolis, and Residency in Emergency Medicine in Pittsburgh.  He is currently an Attending Physician and Trauma Medical Director at Park City Hospital.  Dr. Oraskovich has been actively involved in EMS, serving 26 years as the Medical Director for Layton Fire and previously 8 years as the Medical Director for Murray Fire and chairman of the Utah EMS Training Subcommittee.  He has a strong interest in airway management and has served as faculty for the EMS Difficult Airway Course.  He also helped create the first ground-based RSI program in Utah which proved successful and has been adopted by multiple EMS agencies.  More recently, he has assumed the role of Medical Director for the Weber State Paramedic Program.
