Learn how Wellness Pays!

Employee Wellness offers two ways to earn money by staying healthy and active.

Employee Wellness utilizes a third-party platform to manage many program components. 

If you have not received an email with an invitation to participate in the program, please email to have your account generated. 


  • Bonus Program

    This program is only available to employees and their spouses that are covered under WSU PEHP insurance.

    Once you complete a health risk assessment, a blood lipid screening and meet specific health criteria, you will receive a one-time $300 bonus. Spouses can also complete the same testing procedures and receive an additional one-time $300 bonus. This program is entirely voluntary.

  • Rewards Program

    This program is available to all benefits-eligible employees and spouses.

    Through this program, you are rewarded for completing healthy behaviors.

    You can receive rewards in three different categories: preventative screenings, physical activities and healthy behaviors. This program can earn employees up to $200 per calendar year.  Spouses can earn various non-cash prizes.
