Employee Wellness offers two ways to earn a financial incentive by staying healthy and active.

Employee Wellness utilizes a third-party platform to manage many program components. 

If you have not received an email with an invitation to participate in the program, please email to have your account generated. 


  • Bonus Program

    Earn $300 by working to improve your overall health.

    This program is only available to employees and their spouses that are covered under WSU PEHP insurance.

    Program steps include:

    • Personal Health Assessment
    • Blood lipid screening, meeting specific health criteria
    • Health improvement activity

  • Rewards Program

    Earn up to $200 by participating in health-improving activities.

    This program is available to all benefits-eligible employees and spouses.

    Participants can earn points when they complete activities including:

    • Preventative Exams
    • Keeping an exercise log
    • Reading wellness-related books
    • Attending Employee Wellness classes

                                                                                                                            Spouses can earn various non-cash prizes.
