Each month, Employee Wellness will provide a new health presentation. This presentation will be uploaded to your Employee Wellness account and can be located under the "Rewards" tab. One in-person presentation will be provided each month for those who learn better in a face-to-face environment. In-person presentations will be slightly longer and will include a learning activity. 2-Week Challenges |
Your Employee Wellness account has a function that allows you to work on developing healthy habits over a two-week time frame. You can work on this challenge alone or invite others to participate with you. Set up a 2-Week Challenge by:
When your challenge starts, enter data daily by returning to the "Challenges" icon. Your challenge will end at midnight on the 14th day. You will not be able to add data to your challenge after this time. You can submit one 2-Week Challenge each month. |

Campaigns |
Campaigns and Mini-Campaigns are housed in your Employee Wellness account under the "Campaigns" tab. Each week, participants will watch videos, answer quiz questions, and/or record health behaviors. At least 80% of the campaign or mini-campaign must be completed to earn points for the Rewards program. Points will be awarded the week after the campaign or mini-campaign closes. |
