Personal Training

All salaried employees are eligible for 6 personal training sessions and one intake session. 

Personal training through Employee Wellness is intended to provide you with detailed instruction and hands-on practice with an exercise program.

 

  • Sessions

    During your initial session, a trainer will review your paperwork and health history, establish your training goals, and confirm and schedule the rest of your personal training appointments. Fitness testing and one rep max testing during this session may be completed at the discretion of the trainer.

    Over the next 6 sessions, you will meet with your trainer and execute your exercise program. These sessions will occur once a week for 6 consecutive weeks and may include resistance training, bodyweight training, cardio, flexibility, and homework. 

    Sessions will last approximately 45 minutes.

    At this time, Employee Wellness has only one personal trainer and very limited availability.

  • How to Join

    Please use the form below to request Personal Training. Your trainer will then email your calendar invites when a time slot has opened. 

    If you're interested in sports performance or are a seasoned lifter, contact Campus Recreation for personal training services.
