Personal Training

All salaried employees are eligible for six personal training sessions and one intake session. 

Personal training through Employee Wellness is intended to provide you with detailed instruction and hands-on practice with an exercise program.

 

  • Sessions

    During your initial session, a trainer will review your paperwork and health history, establish your training goals, and confirm and schedule the rest of your personal training appointments. Fitness testing and one rep max testing during this session may be completed at the discretion of the trainer.

    Over the next six sessions, you will meet with your trainer and execute your exercise program. These sessions will occur once a week for six consecutive weeks and may include resistance training, bodyweight training, cardio, flexibility, and homework. 

    Sessions will last approximately 45 minutes.

    At this time, Employee Wellness has only one personal trainer and very limited availability. Personal Training will be offered in two sessions during the Fall semester:

    • Session 1: September 7- October 29
    • Session 2: October 25 - December 17

    Please schedule your coaching session:

    1. Log on to your Employee Wellness account
    2. Locate the Calendar under the Menu
    3. Select the day that you would like to start your training sessions and completed the registration.

    Your personal trainer will then email your calendar invites for the duration of the semester.
