Personal Training

All benefits-eligible employees can register for six personal training sessions and one intake session. 

Personal training through Employee Wellness is intended to provide you with detailed instruction and hands-on practice with an exercise program.

  • Sessions

    During your initial session, a trainer will review your paperwork and health history, establish your training goals, and confirm and schedule the rest of your personal training appointments. Fitness testing and one rep max testing during this session may be completed at the discretion of the trainer.

    Sessions will occur once a week for six consecutive weeks and may include resistance training, bodyweight training, cardio, flexibility, and homework. 

    Sessions will last approximately 1 hour.
