Personnel Records

A record of payroll and personnel actions pertaining to your employment is maintained in the Human Resource Department. It contains such things as performance reports, payroll action requests, and yearly salary letters. You are welcome to review your file at any time. You are also encouraged to keep your file up to date by informing the Human Resource Department of any changes in marital status, address, degrees or credentials which you may have received, and other items such as letters of commendation, awards, etc. you wish to have documented in the file.
