Pay Rate

Non-exempt staff have an assigned grade on the non-exempt pay scale. A job description is prepared for each non-exempt position by the supervisor and reviewed by Human Resources. Human Resources determines the pay grade and salary range. 

Exempt staff have an assigned grade on the exempt pay scale. A job description is prepared for each exempt position and reviewed by Human Resources. Human Resources determines the pay grade and salary range.

Executive staff have salary ranges which are determined by minimum to advanced degrees and difficulty of responsibilities. 

Pay increases for salaried employees are considered annually provided funding is available. Pay changes become effective on the first day of the fiscal year, July 1.
