Image Button

Image button is just a working title for this module. This is a refactor of the "div-hov" module originally built for WSU Davis. The old version relied on JS to obtain the href from within the div on hover, css gradients to achieve overlay and css transition to enlarge the background image size. The repaint on the transition had jank.
