Self-Help Mental Health Tools

Empower yourself with self-help mental health tools! In today's fast-paced world, taking care of your mental health is crucial. This page provides a wealth of knowledge and self-paced tools that offer a pathway to understanding, resilience and well-being. Your mental health matters!

Mental Health Topics

Get a better understanding of mental health as we delve into specific topics that we know WSU students most often deal with. These pages provide summaries, symptoms, and most importantly what to do if you need help.

TAO

TAO is a FREE platform of self-help educational modules to help you learn about and change how you think and feel. TAO can help with stress, anxiety and depression.

Mental Health Screener

The Mental Health Screening tool is provided for FREE from PennState. Students anonymously answer a series of questions and get a report that can help to highlight areas of mental health that may need some attention such as depression, anxiety, academic distress, eating concerns, frustration, family distress, alcohol use and suicide.
