It is a rarity to have women in STEM fields. Weber State College of Science and College of Engineering, Applied Science and Technology are
working to change this fact by connecting amazing students like Isabel Gonzalez, a chemistry major, to amazing mentors.  
Strong women mentors in STEM areas will give Isabel and others like her the ability to see themselves in the STEM roles currently dominated by men.
