2023-24 Officer Meetings

Officer Meeting Location & Time:

C&O Officer Meetings will be held in-person for the 2023-24 academic year
One meeting on Monday and one meeting on Tuesday of every month (dates below)
- Clubs and organizations are only required to have one representative attend one meeting (either Monday or Tuesday) each month
- Both meetings will be held in SU 320 (unless specified below), all meetings start at 3pm

FALL SEMESTER
- September: Sept. 25 or Sept. 26 (SU 321) | Event Planning Tips and Tricks
- October: Oct. 23 or Oct. 24 (SU 321) | New Club/Org Travel Guidelines
- November: Nov. 27 or Nov. 28 | Club Fundraising and Budget Tips
SPRING SEMESTER
- January: Jan. 29 or Jan. 30 | Safe @ Weber
- February: Feb. 26 or 27 | Free Speech and Student Protests
- March: March 25 or March 26 | Officer Transition

Officer Meeting Make-up Option:

FALL SEMESTER
- September: Event Planning Tips and Tricks
  - Review the following documents:
    - How to Plan an Event slides
    - Event Planning Checklist worksheet
  - Complete the make-up quiz
- October: New Club/Org Travel Guidelines
  - Review the Club & Organization Travel Update slides (and all links within the presentation slides)
  - Complete the make-up quiz
- November: Club Fundraising and Budget Tips
  - Review the following documents:
    - November C&O Officer Meeting Training Slides
    - Public Movie Showings Licensing & Copyright
  - Complete the make-up quiz
SPRING SEMESTER
- January: Safe @ Weber
  - Complete the online Safe @ Weber training in eWeber
    - In eWeber, type "Safe @ Weber for Students" in the search bar
    - Click on the Safe @ Weber for Students box
    - Follow the instructions to complete the training
- February: Free Speech and Student Protests
  - Review the Student Free Expression Policies slides
  - Complete the make-up quiz
- March: Officer Transition
  - Review the Officer Transition Checklist
  - Complete the make-up quiz
