Check your Balance
Once accepted, new parents will need to create a Procare account. Returning parents will use the same login they used during previous semesters.
Each week, you can check your balance through the Procare Parent Portal (Desktop version / App does not show balance) Negative amounts mean there is a credit and funds are available.
Pay for Child Care
After you have checked your balance, you will pay for child care through Weber State's secure platform. Funds need to be available in account before care can be provided.
Unused funds will carry forward to the next week or to the next semester if it is the last week of the semester. Refunds will be issued if care is discontinued
Additional Forms
- Change of Hours Request: To request a permanent change in semester schedule.
- Exception Request: For block classes, specific dates, online classes, studying, tutoring, testing, etc. Accepted no sooner than the first week of the semester and based on availability.
- Finals Week Schedule: To schedule finals week hours (must have attended regular care for the entire semester). Pre-scheduling of hours is required during finals.
